(1) School students and vocational trainees over the age of 16, students in higher education, recipients of Citizen's benefits (unemployment benefit) or Sozialhilfe (social welfare), persons doing Bundesfreiwilligendienst (Federal Voluntary Service) or FSJ (Voluntary Social Year), disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50% or above, and holders of the following cards/passes:

Dresden-Pass, Ehrenamtspass Dresden und Sachsen, IAA, IGBK, Archäologen-Verband, artcard, Jugendleitercard ("Juleica"), Verband dt. Kunsthistoriker, Czech Railways (once)
